After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he was made partner, at the marketing services specialist Willott Kingston Smith helping negotiate the original deal and shareholders agreement that created Fallon London which he later joined as an equity partner. At Fallon, twice-named Campaign magazine’s Agency of the Year, Steve oversaw and managed rapid growth from five founders to 160 staff.
