- Review and help develop storyboard/scripts

- Determine cast roles/categories, size of cast, and estimate talent costs

- Support with selection of local production companies contacted for bidding.

- Negotiations and development of talent & celebrity agreement(s)

- Celebrity/Influencer payment and Pension allocation counsel

- Support and management of all SAG-AFTRA requirements (when/if applicable)

- Development and/or review of casting specs

- Management of Agent/Casting Services

- Involvement in all pre-production meetings (in person or via conference call).

- Support and handling of talent bookings:

- All final casting selects

- Rates to book talent

- Special provisions (e.g., Editing Provisions)

- Wardrobe and prop requests

- Insurance Support from general liability insurance to workers compensation insurance, we assist your production in selecting various types of insurance policies

- Full Agency Business Affairs

- Onset Support on location or participate remotely based on production requirements to ensure working conditions are adhered to.

- Review and sign all talent documents on set or arrange for signing if remote viewing, including talent agreements, time sheets, and final cast lists.

- Talent Role Governance to avoid:

- Additional Roles for Union Principals. Utilizing On-Camera Principal talent in alternate or additional roles could trigger an additional payment as a Principal or Extra.

- Extras Upgrades by interacting with the product or Principal talent, responding to the on or off-camera message, being identifiable in the scene while performing either of the above scenarios, speaking a line of dialogue, even an ad-lib line, or performing a stunt

- Management of all talent contracts/paperwork for final distribution.

- All SAG-AFTRA session contracts will be processed by OP, including extras contracts.

- All AVO session bookings and contracts to be handled by OP unless handled by a Casting Agent.

- Review of all Rough cuts shared by agency/advertiser for OP to determine outgrades, upgrades, and cast completions.

- Review and governance of all music licensed or created to determine if singers need to be paid for Union session

- Review of all media reports to verify all residual use payments and guarantee tracking are properly managed

- Collection and review of all versions and edits for residual use payments and tracking

- Processing of all residuals use payments to be handled by OP
